Do you accept returns?
If a product is faulty we will seek to rectify it and take the necessary action, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. Any custom products are not refundable.

How do I open an account?
Simply email email@example.com and apply for a 30 day trading account.
Is there a Minimum Order Value?
There is no minimum order value however there may be a freight charge if your order is under our free into store value.
What is the freight cost?
If your order is under $250 (ex GST), there is a $9 (ex GST) freight charge to the Perth Metropolitan area. Any other place in Australia, the freight charge is $20 (ex GST).
When can I expect to see my order?
Our preferred local courier is PEP transport. For any stock orders, we work on next day delivery.
For all airfreight deliveries Australia wide, we work on 1-2 working day delivery. For all road shipments, we allow 3-5 days depending on the destination. Contact us for further detail. Our preferred courier is TNT.
What happens if I forget my password?
Click on “Login”, click on “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the pop-up. Your new password will be sent to you registered email address
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive an email notification with a link to track your shipment. From this link you can see when the order left our warehouse and when you should expect to see your order.
